RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to the purchase of an incorrect size or if you have simply changed your mind due to each piece being made to order. If there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace the item if possible or organise a refund/exchange. The item/s will need to be returned within 21 days of purchase, in its original unworn, unsoiled and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. The item/s will be inspected and it is within Sew Smittens discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. If it is deemed faulty a replacement or refund/exchange can then be offered.
All purchases of custom orders and pieces made to order in a custom size are final. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct measurements are provided and Sew Smitten takes no responsibility of items not fitting, once custom made to the provided measurements.
All purchases of sale and seconds stock are final - absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
