Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to the purchase of an incorrect size or if you have simply changed your mind. If there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace the item if possible or organise a refund/exchange. The item/s will need to be returned within 21 days of purchase, in its original unworn, unsoiled and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. The item/s will be inspected and it is within Sew Smittens discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. If it is deemed faulty a replacement or refund/exchange can then be offered.
All purchases of sale and seconds stock are final - absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
