REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Sew Smitten, each item is handmade with care. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us so we can assist.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom-made items are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

 

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for an exchange only, subject to availability and approval.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are not offered on ready-to-ship items for change of mind.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer:

  • a repair,
  • a replacement, or
  • a refund (where appropriate)

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

 

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

We recommend using tracked postage for all returns, as Sew Smitten is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
