PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All Sew Smitten items are handmade. As such, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the nature of handmade products.

Some items are ready to ship, while others are custom-made. Production timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues with availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of our services.

 

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST is not included.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, produced, or dispatched.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched and lodged with the postal carrier, Sew Smitten is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & COLOURS

Every effort is made to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and device settings. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

 

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Some Sew Smitten items may contain small parts, such as buttons, snaps, or accessories, which may pose a choking hazard for children under three years of age if they become loose.

Items featuring tie-up or adjustable features (including necktie blouses and dresses) may present a strangulation risk if not used appropriately.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while wearing these items
  • These garments are not suitable for sleep
  • Discontinue use if any parts become loose until they are securely reattached
