Complete with a 2-tiered skirt (with gathers for days!) to create the ultimate twirl factor and beautiful short elasticised sleeves to create a flowy, bubble effect. She also features sweet ruffle details on both the front and back bodices, finished with a contrasting mustard piping trim.
